Introduction

VDx® Swine diarrhea 3-plex qRT-PCR is a multiplex real-time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (Real-time RT-PCR) diagnostic kit designed for the simultaneous detection of Porcine epidemic diarrhea virus (PEDV), Porcine deltacoronavirus (PDCoV), and Rotavirus A (Rota A), which are major causative agents of diarrheal diseases in pig farms.
