Introduction

VDx® PPRV MP qRT-PCR detects and differentiates Peste des petits ruminants virus (PPRV) using real-time RT-PCR. This multiplex assay identifies PPRV and PPRV IV subtype with high specificity via TaqMan based real-time PCR assay.
