Introduction
VDx® ASFV 4Diff qPCR is used for the detection of viral DNA of African swine fever virus (ASFV) genotype I, II and highly lethal recombinant strain and ASFV vaccine strains by real-time PCR method.
Feature
- ASFV genotype I, ASFV genotype II, highly lethal recombinant strain and ASFV vaccine strains can be differentiated.
- Fast results within 1 hour after DNA extraction
- Exogenous IPC can check whether PCR reaction is inhibited or not.
