Introduction
VDx® ASFV qPCR Ver 2.1 is used for the detection of viral DNA of African swine fever virus (ASFV) by real-time PCR method.
Feature
- Shorter reaction time than version 1 (94minutes → 60minutes)
- Can detect a variety of ASFV genotypes
- Endogenous IPC can identify the quality of extracted nucleic acids.
- Exogenous IPC can check whether PCR reaction inhibited or not.
- Applicable to all suspect specimens
