In recent years, changes in ecosystems due to global warming, environmental adaptation and mutation of pathogens, increased contact with wildlife, and advances in transportation have led to an increase in the occurrence of new and variant zoonotic diseases, which can spread rapidly and widely. Thus, the concept of "One Health" - the health of the ecosystem, including people, animals, and the environment - has emerged, and the importance of rapid and accurate diagnosis has become even more critical.

MEDIAN Diagnostics Inc. is advocating Healthy People, Healthy Animal, and Healthy Environment by developing and supplying various diagnostic methods and diagnostic kits essential for early diagnosis and constant monitoring of infectious diseases outbreak in industrial animals and companion animals, diseases that spread intra-species of animals (or inter-species).
In particular, we provide total diagnostic solution that can easily and quickly check, monitor, and confirm disease outbreaks in various industrial animals, including high-consequence diseases such as Foot-and-mouth disease (FMD), African swine fever (ASF), and Highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI), as well as zoonotic diseases such as brucellosis and Japanese encephalitis.
In addition, we also develop and supply diagnostic products for intractable diseases such as cancer due to the increase and aging of companion animals (dogs, cats, etc.).
