Introduction
VDx® PCV2 ORF2 PCR is a PCR based test for detection of PCV2 DNA.
Feature
- Control DNA can identify amplified products of 317 bp
- PCV2 can identify amplified products of 493 bp
- Load of PCR product on agarose gel without adding a loading dye and perform electrophoresis.
