The VDRG® SFTSV Ag Rapid Kit is a veterinary diagnostic reagent that detects Severe Fever with Thrombocytopenia Syndrome Virus (SFTSV) antigen present in whole blood or plasma of dogs and cats using an immunochromatographic assay.
This kit allows for the rapid and simple detection of SFTSV antigens within 15 minutes after sample application.

检查方法












  • 01

    Place the SFTSV Ag Test Device on a flat surface, away from direct sunlight or strong light sources.










  • 02

    Using a capillary tube, collect whole blood (from dogs or cats) up to the black line indicated (20 ul). For plasma, collect 10 ul using a micropipette.











  • 03

    Add the collected sample into the sample hole of the test device.











  • 04

    After 1–3 minutes, add 3 drops (100 ul) of the dilution buffer to the sample hole. If migration is not visible within 5 minutes, add 1 additional drop (30 ul) of dilution buffer.






  • 05

    Read the results after 15 minutes.
