Differential diagnosis of FMD major serotypes or genotypes qRT-PCR set

VDx® FMDV 3Diff/PAN qRT-PCR set is a reagent for highly sensitive detection of FMDV in infected samples.

Differential diagnosis of FMD major serotypes or genotypes is possible using VDx® FMDV 3Diff/PAN qRT-PCR set.
FMDV qRT-PCR premix (A) can detect FMD all serotype.
FMDV O, A, Asia1 serotyping premix (B) can identify FMD major serotypes (FMDV O, A, Asia1).
FMDV O genotyping premix (C) can identify FMD Type O genotypes (O/ME-SA/Ind-2001, O/ME-SA/PanAsia, O/SEA/Mya-98, O/CATHAY).
FMDV A genotyping premix (D) can identify FMD Type A genotypes (A/ASIA/Sea-97 and A/AISA/G-VII).
